- Advising the European pharmaceutical group, Ipsen, through its IP repository the Société de Conseils de Recherches et d'Applicaions Scientifiques (SCRAS), in a multi-million dollar development and license agreement with Corixa Corporation to develop Corixa's patented AnergiX MG Complex for the treatment of myasthenia gravis disease.
- Advising Konarka Technologies, a developer of photovoltaic products that convert light into energy, in a licensing agreement with The Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) to develop its dye-sensitized solar cell technology.
- Representing Sionex, developer of chemical and biological sensor chips and systems, in an exclusive licensing agreement with The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. to commercialize chemical sensors in applications employing field asymmetric ion mobility spectrometry (FAIMS) technology developed by the Laboratory.
- Representing a development-stage medical device company in its complex $50+ million product distribution arrangement and acquisition option agreement with a publicly held medical equipment company.
- Negotiating and structuring a licensing arrangement for the embedded intelligence technology firm, ThingMagic, to license its Agile RFID Reader Design to Tyco Retail Solutions Group.
