We assist our clients with the protection of their intellectual property by advising them on the selection, clearance and protection of trademarks, trade names and domain names in the United States and abroad, and by counseling them on protecting trade secrets and copyrights. • Implementing effective trade secret protection programs
• Crafting confidentiality, inventions assignment, consulting, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements
• Defining the scope and duration of non-competition covenants (in collaboration with our employment lawyers)
• Collaborating with specialized patent counsel to determine the patentability of inventions and discoveries.

We also advise clients on the special IP issues that arise in financings and acquisitions, participating in industry groups and consortia, and using open source programs.
