WALTHAM, MA — Attorney Shannon Zollo is on the faculty of the 25th Annual Business & Securities Law Conference 2007, a Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education program on Thursday, October 25, 2007 from 2:00 – 7:00 p.m. in Boston.
The program will cover the latest issues for public and private companies and will feature keynote speaker Benjamin W. Heineman, Jr. Esq., formerly senior vice president for law and public affairs at General Electric, on "Current Developments Affecting Corporations and the Legal Profession."
Zollo will serve on the panel "Representing the Private Company," which will focus on common issues facing start-up companies as they poise themselves for growth and the fiduciary duties and other unique challenges facing closely held companies.
