Chip Wry Presents at MCLE Seminar, LLCs Demystified

The focus of the seminar was on the fundamentals of LLCs, with practical advice on the selection of business entities, and on operating and advising LLCs, and identifying and resolving issues that arise when such entities are parties to customary commercial transactions. The program highlighted business and tax issues including those for which no answer is given in the statute.
