WALTHAM, MA — Seatwave, Europe's largest fan-to-fan ticket exchange, has raised $8 million through the sale of Series B convertible preferred stock to Atlas Venture, Mangrove Capital Partners and certain other investors.

Seatwave's operations are based in London, and its online marketplace allows fans to buy and sell tickets for theatre, sports, music and other live events.
