Business Attorney Shiva Sandill Joins MBBP

WALTHAM, MA — Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton is pleased to announce that Shiva K. Sandill has joined the firm as an associate.

Attorney Sandill concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate and securities law. He represents clients in connection with company formations, venture capital and other private equity transactions (representing both issuers and investors), mergers and acquisitions, and the formation of private equity funds. Shiva also advises public and private companies in connection with corporate governance and securities law compliance matters.

Before joining Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, Shiva was a corporate associate at Goodwin Procter LLP. He has also worked as a research scientist for the National Institutes of Health where he conducted HIV and AIDS studies. He is a graduate of Boston College Law School and Howard University.
