Jerry O'Connor, Business and Clean Technology Attorney, Joins Firm

WALTHAM, MA — Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton is pleased to announce that Gerard P. O'Connor, a noted business and clean technology attorney, has joined the firm as a member.

Attorney O'Connor advises early stage energy technology companies and software companies in all aspects of their formation and growth, including negotiating and carrying out financing transactions, strategic alliances and joint venture agreements. Prior to joining MBBP, Jerry was a partner at the law firm of Foley Hoag.

He has a wide-ranging business law practice including corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and intellectual property matters. He has experience serving clients in industry sectors of advanced and renewable energy, software and information technology, manufacturing, venture capital and professional services.

He serves as clerk of the Massachusetts Hydrogen Coalition and of the New England Clean Energy Council.
