Micronetics Acquires MICA Microwave

WALTHAM, MA — Micronetics Inc. (NASDAQ: NOIZ) a Hudson, NH- based manufacturer of microwave and radio frequency (RF) components and integrated subassemblies for defense, aerospace and commercial applications, has acquired MICA Microwave Corporation for $5 million in a cash and common stock transaction. MICA merged with and into a wholly owned subsidiary of Micronetics.
