Arts & Entertainment Attorney Sheri Mason Joins MBBP

WALTHAM, MA — We are pleased to announce that Sheri Mason, has joined our firm as an associate. Her practice focuses primarily on trademark law, including clearance searches and the trademark application and registration process, with a significant component of her intellectual property work in the arts and entertainment areas.

Prior to joining Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, Sheri served and continues to serve as the director of legal services for the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. She consults artists and arts organizations on a wide range of legal issues such as copyrights, assignments, licensing agreements, collaboration and publishing agreements, nonprofit incorporation, and develops various legal educational trainings.
