Daniele Ouellette Levy Joins Firm

WALTHAM, MA — We are pleased to announce that Daniele Ouellette Levy, formerly a corporate associate at Foley Hoag LLP, has joined our firm as an associate. She will practice general corporate and securities law with an emphasis on advising public companies on reporting and disclosure obligations and corporate governance matters. Attorney Levy represents both issuers and investors in venture capital transactions and assists clients with general corporate matters. She has represented issuers in connection with public offerings of equity securities as well as with private equity matters.

She received a J.D. degree from New York University School of Law in 1998 and a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Bates College in 1993.
