Faith Kasparian Joins Firm; Will Focus on
IP and Trademark Law

WALTHAM, MA — Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton is pleased to announce that Faith D. Kasparian, former assistant college counsel to Emerson College, has joined the firm.

Attorney Kasparian practices intellectual property law, and will focus on technology transactions (including development, distribution, and licensing matters) and trademark adversarial proceedings. She has significant experience in intellectual property law as it applies to higher education, arts, and entertainment areas.

She also served as an associate with Covington & Burling. She is a graduate of Tufts University, the New England Conservatory of Music, and Duke University School of Law.
