John Gallini, Immigration Attorney, Becomes Member

WALTHAM, MA — Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, PC, announces that John J. Galllini, has become a shareholder of the firm, effective January 1, 2009.

Attorney Gallini is an “AV” rated immigration and nationality attorney. He practices employment-based and family immigration and naturalization, and has experience providing strategic immigration advice and counsel to both small entrepreneurial businesses and multinational corporations.

Gallini is nationally recognized for his expertise in representing distinguished professors, scientists and technology workers under the extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher, and national interest waiver immigrant visa categories. His writing has been published in Science magazine online, Nextwave, as well as in Mass High Tech.

Before joining Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, Attorney Gallini was Of Counsel to McNamara Koenig & McCarthy, P.C. and Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP. John received his B.A. from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and his J.D. from the New England School of Law.
