WALTHAM, MA — Jonathan Gworek was a panelist at the February Financing Roundtable held by The Capital Network (TCN) on Tuesday, February 7. The seminar was designed to: help entrepreneurs understand the business model of the investor so they can help craft a win-win term sheet; define deal terms and their impact on both the operation of the company and the distribution of assets upon liquidity; and provide recent term sheet data on which to benchmark. He presented data on recent Series A Venture Capital financings in New England.
