Elsevier Acquires William Andrew

WALTHAM, MA — Elsevier, an international publisher of science and health information, has acquired the publishing assets of William Andrew, a scientific-technical publisher of handbooks, references, and databases in applied engineering.

Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton represents Elsevier as outside counsel and advised the company in connection with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of the acquisition. Joseph C. Marrow was the lead attorney for the transaction.
