WALTHAM, MA — Elsevier, an international publisher of science and health information, has acquired MEDai Inc., a predictive analytics company that analyzes healthcare claims and improves the delivery of healthcare for payers and providers. Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton represents Elsevier as outside counsel and advised the company in connection with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of the acquisition.
