David Czarnecki Joins Firm

WALTHAM, MA — We are pleased to announce that David Czarnecki, formerly a corporate associate at Foley Hoag LLP, has joined our firm as an associate. He will practice general corporate and securities law with an emphasis on representing clients in private equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. David is also experiened in the formation and operation of private equity and venture capital funds.

He received his B.S. from Clarkson University, graduating with distinction, and earned his J.D. from Washington University.
