Corporate Attorney Ronald Crawley Joins MBBP

Concentrating in the areas of corporate and securities law, he represents clients in venture capital and private equity financings (representing both issuers and investors), mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, Ronald was an associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston, Massachusetts. He has worked as a certified public accountant and began his career at a Big Four accounting firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
