WALTHAM, MA — ClickSquared, Inc., a global provider of cross-channel marketing software and services, has raised $9 million in Series C Financing from Staley Capital, JMI Equity, Flybridge and ABS Ventures. Carl Barnes and Ron Crawley were attorneys for this transaction.
