Christina Fernandes Joins Firm as Associate

WALTHAM, MA — We are pleased to announce that Christina M. Fernandes, formerly a corporate associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston, has joined Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton as an associate. She practices general corporate law, representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings, fund formations and other corporate matters.

Prior to pursuing her legal career, she was a financial leadership development associate for a Fortune 500 company, where she served as a business associate for the internal audit, contract finance and financial reporting departments of the organization.

Fernandes received a bachelor's degree in business administration (BBA) from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
