Bridgeline Acquires Tenth Floor, Inc.

WALTHAM, MA — Bridgeline Software, Inc. has acquired Cleveland-based web applications developer, Tenth Floor, Inc. for a total of $4 million in cash and stock. Tenth Floor specializes in the areas of content management and e-commerce applications.

Serving as Bridgeline’s counsel in the merger were lawyers Joseph Marrow and Daniele Levy. Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton serve as outside counsel to Bridgeline Software, Inc. and advised it in connection with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of this transaction.
