WALTHAM, MA — Blue Fang Games LLC, an independent game developer focused on the design and development of social, online and mobile game platforms, has entered into a license and service agreement with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, the world’s largest provider of educational products and solutions for pre-K–12 learning.
Under the agreement, Blue Fang will develop, host and publish games based on Houghton Mifflin Harcourt’s “Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?” and “The Oregon Trail” properties.
Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton serves as outside counsel to Blue Fang Games and advised it in this transaction. Michael Cavaretta was the lead attorney.
