The list, published in Boston magazine, is based on a balloting process involving top attorneys from across Massachusetts and conducted by an attorney-led research department at Law & Politics magazine. All rising stars are either under 40 years of age, or have been practicing law for 10 or fewer years. The list represents the top 2.5 percent of up-and-coming lawyers in Massachusetts.
