Angstrom Medica Acquired by Pioneer Surgical Technology, Inc.

WALTHAM, MA — Angstrom Medica, Inc., a life sciences biomaterials company based in Woburn, MA, that harnesses nanotechnology for orthopedic applications, has been acquired as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pioneer Surgical Technology, Inc. an innovator in the design and manufacture of spinal and orthopedic implants and instruments.
