WALTHAM, MA – Morse welcomes versatile attorney Amanda Schreyer as Counsel in its Intellectual Property department. Amanda focuses her practice on licensing and technology transactions; trademarks and copyrights; and privacy and data security.

Amanda regularly advises clients on such matters as sweepstakes and contest rules and regulations, native advertising and sponsored content, and FTC endorsement and disclosure requirements. She has substantial experience negotiating film, television, and book deals, and is very knowledgeable about talent collective bargaining agreements. Amanda prosecutes trademarks at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and also advises creative entrepreneurs in connection with a variety of transactional matters.

Her unique blend of corporate and intellectual property legal skills affords her a fresh perspective in both areas of law and enhances the Firm’s capabilities as well.

“I wanted to join a firm where I’d be encouraged to pursue my various interests and where I’d be certain my clients would receive an impressive level of service”, said Amanda. “Given their focus on impeccable client service and their reputation for top-notch legal work, Morse seemed like the perfect fit.”

Prior to joining Morse, Amanda practiced in the Intellectual Property group of a well-known Boston firm.
