• Representing Guardent, a privately-held managed security service provider, in its acquisition by VeriSign, Inc. (NASDAQ:  VRSN) for approximately $135,000,000.
  
• Serving as outside general counsel to Amperion, Inc., a provider of Smart Grid and broadband over power lines technologies, including in connections with financings and licensing.
• Serving as outside counsel to Openera Technologies, Inc., a provider of mobile applications handset solutions for converged mobile networks, in its acquisition by NMS Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: NMS) for approximately $16,400,000 in NMS stock.
