Amanda focuses her practice on the counseling and litigation of employment issues, including wage and hour disputes, noncompetition agreements, leave issues, classification issues and independent contractor classification, and anti-discrimination laws.
She represents both corporate and individual clients in disputes arising throughout the entire course of the employment relationship. Amanda has extensive trial experience, including numerous jury trials, arbitration, and mediation. She has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star and Top Women Attorney (Thomson Reuters) every year since 2015.
Amanda joined MBBP after practicing as an associate for many years in a civil litigation boutique firm, where she provided counseling and litigation services to a wide range of clients. While in law school, Amanda was a member of the Journal of High Technology Law and the National Women Law Students Association.

Outside the office
Outside the office, Amanda is a theater and dance enthusiast. She also enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with her family. Amanda is active in her hometown of Waltham as a member of the League of Women Voters of Waltham, and on the City of Waltham’s Community Preservation Committee.
