Daniel is a registered patent agent practicing in all areas of patent prosecution and specializing in a range of technologies that includes communications devices and other high-tech electronics, computer software and hardware, mechanical devices, and optics. He also has experience performing infringement analyses, conducting trademark searches, and legal research.

Daniel graduated Amherst College with a B.A. in physics. He also completed additional coursework in biology and chemistry.
