Ashley practices intellectual property law with an emphasis on trademark and licensing matters. She is experienced in assisting clients with all phases of trademark portfolio development and maintenance from initial clearance searches through post registration preservation.

Prior to joining Morse Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, Ashley was a staff attorney at Fish & Richardson in Boston. Ashley earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Alfred University. She received her J.D. degree from New England School of Law, where she was an associate editor for the New England School of Law Journal of International and Comparative Law.
