Daniele practices corporate and securities law with an emphasis on advising public companies on reporting and disclosure obligations and corporate governance matters. She also represents both issuers and investors in venture capital transactions, and assists clients with general corporate matters. Daniele has represented issuers in connection with public offerings of equity securities as well as with private equity matters.
Prior to joining Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, Daniele was a corporate associate at Foley Hoag LLP in Boston. She received a J.D. degree from New York University School of Law in 1998 and a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Bates College in 1993.
