Daniele Ouellette Levy

Senior Attorney

Daniele counsels public and private companies on a broad range of matters including securities law compliance, corporate governance, financings, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing and general corporate matters. She serves as outside securities law counsel to a number of public companies providing advice on all aspects of reporting and disclosure obligations and corporate governance matters.

Daniele's clients span a variety of industries including clean technology, software, internet communications and radio frequency communications.

Prior to joining Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, Daniele was a corporate associate at Foley Hoag LLP in Boston. She received a J.D. degree from New York University School of Law and a B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Bates College.

Bridgeline Digital, Inc. (NASDAQ: BLIN), a leading developer of web application management software and web applications, in connection with its initial public offering and currently serves as outside securities law counsel.
A developer of energy crops in connection with several rounds of venture financing exceeding $15 million.
A public company in connection with the sale of legacy business for $27 million in cash.
A provider of video conferencing services in the sale of its business to a publicly-held competitor.
A private equity buyer in a stock purchase transaction of a Class 1/Class 2 FAA approved maintenance and repair facility of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical accessories for general aviation aircraft industry.
Seacon Phoenix, Inc., a privately held provider of undersea electrical interconnect subsystems to the global submarine market, in a stock purchase transaction with Ametek, Inc., (NYSE: AME) for $38 million in cash.
