As a member of the Corporate Practice group, Kelly focuses her practice on advising companies on financings, corporate governance, and entity formation. Kelly has represented private businesses in the healthcare sector and other industries on both the seller and the buyer side. She has experience in real estate law, particularly in drafting lease agreements and purchase and sale agreements for commercial properties. Kelly also advises clients regarding employment and termination agreements and has counseled non-profits on the revision of Employee Handbooks.
During law school, Kelly participated in the Community Enterprise Clinic, where she advised start-ups and non-profits with transactional work. She was also recently elected to the Board of Directors of Camp to Belong, a non-profit organization that works with camps throughout the United States and Australia to reunite for a week each summer siblings who live in separate foster homes.
Outside the office
Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys skiing, running, and taking advantage of the history and food that the Boston area has to offer. She is currently trying to break a cycle of life-long artistic failures by attempting to master calligraphy.
