As a member of the Corporate Practice group, Kelly focuses her practice on advising companies on financings, corporate governance, and entity formation. Kelly has represented private businesses in the healthcare sector and other industries on both the seller and the buyer side. She also has experience in real estate law, in particular in drafting lease agreements and purchase and sale agreements for commercial properties.
During law school, Kelly participated in the Community Enterprise Clinic, where she advised start-ups and non-profits with transactional work. She was also recently elected to the Board of Directors of Camp to Belong, a non-profit organization that works with camps throughout the United States and Australia to reunite siblings living in separate foster homes for a week each summer.
Outside the office
Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys skiing, running, and taking advantage of the history and food that the Boston area has to offer. She is currently trying to break a cycle of life-long artistic failures by attempting to master calligraphy.
