Faith D. Kasparian practices intellectual property law, focusing on technology transactions (including development, distribution, and licensing matters) and trademark adversarial proceedings. A significant component of Faith’s intellectual property work has been in the higher education, arts, and entertainment areas.
Prior to joining Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, Faith served as assistant college counsel to Emerson College, where she provided a full range of legal advice and services to the College and its Majestic Theatre, and was an associate at Covington & Burling practicing in the intellectual property, communications, and technology areas.
Faith graduated from Tufts University with a B.A., summa cum laude, in English and from the New England Conservatory of
Music receiving a B.M. with academic honors in vocal performance. Faith received her J.D., magna cum laude, and an M.A. in English from Duke University. While at Duke, she served as managing editor of the Duke Law Journal. Following law school, Faith clerked for the Honorable Gerald Bard Tjoflat, Circuit Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
