Diana concentrates her practice in the areas of tax and business law. She advises individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations on a range of tax planning issues. Diana also represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service, the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, and other government agencies.
Prior to joining Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, Diana was a tax and corporate associate at Hill & Barlow in Boston and a tax associate at Bowditch & Dewey in Worcester. Before attending law school, Diana worked in the areas of international economic development consulting and financial analysis.
Diana graduated from Amherst College and received an M.S. in foreign service from Georgetown University. She earned her law degree, magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School, where she was managing editor of The Third World Law Journal. She is currently enrolled in the Graduate Tax Program at Boston University School of Law.
