Ronald concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate and securities law. He represents clients in venture capital and private equity financings (representing both issuers and investors), mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. Moreover, he advises clients on a wide array of legal issues, including corporate governance, securities matters and business contracts.
Prior to joining Morse, Barnes-Brown & Pendleton, Ronald was an associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart LLP in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to his legal career, he was a certified public accountant and began his career at a Big Four accounting firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Ronald graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law where he was the book review editor for the Connecticut Journal of International Law. Ronald also is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he received his B.S. in accounting.
