Corporate Associate

We are seeking a junior corporate associate with 2-4 years of relevant experience, particularly representing emerging growth companies through all stages of their life cycle, including corporate formations, debt and equity financings and mergers and acquisitions.  The successful candidate will be an energetic and creative problem solver with superior interpersonal and client-management skills.

Technical Specialist, Registered Patent Agent, or Patent Associate

We are seeking a Technical Specialist, Registered Patent Agent, or Patent Associate having a degree in the field of electrical engineering or computer science and with experience patenting complex software technologies, as well as some experience with mechanical/electrical devices.  There is no expectation that the Technical Specialist or Patent Agent will attend law school. Preferred candidates will have at least 2 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience. Excellent written, verbal, communication, and organizational skills are required.  Possibility of full or part-time position.

Legal Administrative Assistant - Litigation/Employment

We are seeking a legal administrative assistant to support our litigation and employment law groups. This organized and attentive individual will handle a variety of tasks, ranging from basic filing to complex projects, with a strong focus on providing sophisticated administrative support for our litigation and employment attorneys. This full time position will be based in our Waltham office but may require time worked in our Boston office as needed.
